Carla Facility Services Ltd. ("Carla," "we," "us," "our") is a cleaning and facility services company based in Ireland. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

• Service details: the service you're enquiring about, and anything you tell us in your message

• If you take online payments: Payment details — processed via [name of payment provider]; we do not store full card details ourselves

We do not collect precise device location (GPS). The "location" we ask for is the town or area you volunteer in the enquiry form.

• Directly from you — when you fill in our quote/enquiry form, call us, or email us
• Automatically — when you visit our website, we log your IP address for security purposes (see Section 6)

We only send marketing emails if you've separately opted in using the marketing checkbox on our forms — this is never bundled with the consent to contact you about an active enquiry. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by unsubscribe link / emailing info@carla.ie. Opting out of marketing never affects our ability to contact you about an enquiry you've actively made or a service you've booked.

6.IP Address & Security Logging

We automatically log the IP address of anyone submitting our enquiry form, for security and fraud-prevention purposes (e.g. detecting spam or automated submissions). This is not used for marketing or profiling. IP logs are retained for 90 days and then deleted.

• IP address logs: 90 days, then deleted
• Client and contract records: retained for specify — Irish Revenue generally requires financial records to be kept for 6 years

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Staff and subcontractors who need it to deliver your service
• IT and software providers who host our website, CRM or email systems — name actual providers once confirmed
• Professional advisors (accountants, solicitors) where necessary
