• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, and may be revised following a site visit or further assessment.
• A binding agreement for services is only formed once you accept a written quotation from us and we confirm the booking.

• Scheduling: Services will be delivered at the agreed date and time. We will notify you as soon as possible of any delay.
• Cancellation: specify required notice period, and whether a late-cancellation or no-show fee applies
• Access: You are responsible for providing safe, reasonable access to the property for our team to carry out the work.
• Payment: specify payment terms — e.g. payment on completion, invoiced with X-day terms, deposit required for larger jobs
• Recurring contracts: if applicable — specify minimum term, notice period to end a contract, and price-review terms

• We carry public liability and employer's liability insurance, as referenced on our About page.
• Insert your actual liability cap / insurance policy limit once confirmed with your insurer — do not publish a figure that isn't backed by your actual policy
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, general wear and tear, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided at the time of quoting.
