Carla Facility Services is a cleaning and facility services company based in Galway, serving homes and businesses across Ireland since 2004.
It started not with a big plan, but with a clear belief: that cleaning and facility services could be done with more care, more consistency and more genuine respect for clients than most of the industry was offering.
We didn’t grow through advertising. We grew because people told other people. A client referred their neighbour. A school told a nearby business. A landlord introduced us to their property management contacts. That kind of trust is earned slowly, and we’ve never taken it for granted.

Today we’re a team of over 50 people serving clients across Ireland. We handle everything from weekly house cleaning to large-scale commercial facility contracts. Nicolae Crisan is the Director and founder of the company, bringing over 20 years of experience in the cleaning industry. Having built the business from the ground up, he began his career working on-site and, through dedication and hard work, transformed it into a trusted and successful company. His hands-on experience, industry knowledge and commitment to excellence continue to drive the company’s growth and ensure the highest standards of service for every client.
Dumitru Crisan is an experienced supervisor with more than 10 years of expertise in after-builders construction cleaning. He is responsible for managing sites and ensuring that every project runs smoothly and efficiently. With extensive leadership experience, Dumitru has successfully coordinated teams of up to 40 cleaners at a time, consistently delivering high-quality results and maintaining the highest standards of service.
Eugen Ciobota is a highly experienced Senior Supervisor with more than 10 years of expertise in after-builders construction cleaning. He oversees large teams of up to 40 cleaners, ensuring that every project is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Skilled in operating specialist machinery, including MEWPs and industrial buffer machines, Eugen brings valuable technical knowledge to every site. In addition to his supervisory role, he has extensive experience in electrical repairs, maintenance, and carpentry, making him a versatile and essential member of the team.
Adriana Dana Cimpean has been working as a supervisor for the past five years, specialising in hotel housekeeping, BNB turnover cleaning, and residential deep cleaning services. With extensive experience in managing cleaning operations, she ensures that every property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Adriana is particularly skilled in deep cleaning homes and kitchens, delivering exceptional results while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.
Andrei Cristian Rusu is one of the company’s most experienced and technically skilled team members, specialising in after-builders construction cleaning. With extensive expertise in operating specialist equipment, including MEWPs, high-reach systems, industrial buffers, and other machinery used on construction sites, he plays a vital role in delivering projects safely and efficiently. His hands-on knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining the highest standards make him an invaluable part of the team.
Aman Rathod oversees the company’s day-to-day office operations, ensuring that administrative and IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to managing internal processes, he plays a key role in driving the company’s growth by securing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and contractors. His diverse skill set and strategic approach contribute significantly to the company’s continued success and development.
